QSIT GmbH specializes in IT quality assurance. We provide advice and support to our clients in all aspects of quality assurance and IT security throughout the entire software lifecycle. We possess an exceptional amount of experience in the automotive, logistics and telecoms sectors as well as in banking and finance. Our core competences lie in our test services, tailored individually to our clients and with specialization in test automation, load testing and performance testing as well as IT security.

We handle quality assurance for IT projects of all sizes – from concept, requirements management and test-case specification, to test implementation, deviation analysis and test reports. We also handle test automation. Our clients can concentrate on their core business while benefitting from QSIT’s expertise and infrastructure.

 

QSIT was founded in Ingolstadt in 2013 by Columbian Dr. Henry Guzmán. The company opened a regional office in Muscat in the Sultanate of Oman in 2019. QSIT has also been a member of hubWERK, a broad-based digitalization network for industry and logistics, since 2018. The QSIT team consists of around 50 advisers, test specialists and project managers in IT quality assurance, who assist companies in assuring smooth IT processes and the functionality of critical software applications. QSIT’s mission is to generate decisive competitive advantage for its clients in digitalization through targeted testing and strategic quality assurance.

Quality is our passion and our driving force. Every single day, not only do we test quality for our customers, we also deliver it in the form of our own good work – and with enduring success. In our role as an IT quality assurance provider, we have been supporting our clients in our three main service fields of test management, load and performance testing and IT quality assurance. To ensure the quality of our own work, we have developed a training system for our staff based on quality levels. However, many of our clients also benefit each year from our individualized training programs. At the beginning of 2020, we reorganized our internal structures to enable us to continually adapt to the demands of the rapidly changing markets. Since then, we have been working in smaller, highly flexible and agile teams able to react quickly to client needs and new market trends. Last but not least, we work constantly to ensure a mindful corporate culture that creates a working environment that is free from tension, that promotes team spirit and thereby eases the work of all involved – not only for the wellbeing of our staff but also for the benefit of our clients. That is what we mean by “Quality by QSIT” – and we’re proud of that.

Our Philosophy

When Dr. Henry Guzmán founded QSIT GmbH in 2013, it was his personal desire to build a company that contributes to its clients’ success through the high quality of its work, its broad cultural diversity and the high personal motivation of its staff. For this reason, it’s not just quality that takes center-stage at QSIT today, but also people. In all that we do, we set great store by relationships based on trust and appreciation – starting with our clients and partners and extending to our staff and their families.

QSIT is a place where every individual can and should feel at ease and able to contribute their capabilities and individual personality. We are convinced that only an environment where worth is appreciated and respected generates the necessary impetus to achieve something sustainable with and for our clients. It is true that facts and figures as well as analytical and logical thinking play a particularly important role. However, we also value an equally high portion of fun, passion and openness to life’s diversity in order to make “Quality by QSIT” possible.

His Columbian roots mean QSIT founder Henry Guzmán also places a high value on cultural diversity. As a consequence, the QSIT team now consists of people from 10 different countries – with their wide variety of mindsets, languages and talents. We’re proud of this. And also that more than 50 percent of our team is female. All our team members share the goal of delivering good work and supporting our clients on their journey to digitalization. Furthermore, we take our social responsibilities seriously and play an active role in the Ingolstadt community. One example of that is our involvement in Ingolstadt’s youth soccer activities.

Our Network

In times of digitalization and increasing complexity in IT projects, one single IT company would be hard-pressed to service the wide-ranging needs and requirements on its own. Therefore, since 2018, we have been part of hubWERK – a broad-based digitalization network for industry and logistics.

Academy

The QSIT Academy is structured for our clients and other specialists as well as for our staff. To consistently meet our own quality standards as well as those of our clients and the rapidly changing marketplace, we have developed a sophisticated training system for our team. The handling of specific jobs and tasks is thus coupled to special training modules. This enables us to guarantee that we are always at the forefront of the latest technical developments, that processes are structured as efficiently as possible and that we are able to continuously develop ourselves as individuals and as advisers. Within the scope of the QSIT Academy, however, we also pass on our many years of expertise and our experience to our clients and other interested parties. With specifically tailored workshops and training programs – either at our facility in Ingolstadt or at your own location – we prepare you and your staff for software testing and assist in the continual improvement of your IT quality assurance processes.
