New QSIT Facility in Oman
QSIT founder, Dr. Henry Guzmán, has had strong ties to the Sultanate of Oman for decades and has both lived and worked there. Since then, he has retained extremely close relationships with Omani banks and finance companies. Now, at the start of 2019, QSIT GmbH is opening its own regional office in Oman’s capital, Muscat. The office coordinator is Hani Macki, a banking specialist who has many years of experience with leading finance companies in Oman and Dubai.
“Our new Omani office opens an important door for our clients not only to Oman, but also to Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Egypt, where we have excellent networks, says Dr. Henry Guzmán. “We have good contacts and promising inquiries from the banking sector in particular. As a German-based company, our ‘made in Germany’ quality assurance is especially highly rated in the Gulf region, and we have an extremely high level of trust among IT specialists. And it’s for this very reason that we were one of the few German companies to have the chance to participate in the “Oman 2040 Vision National Conference“. An invitation like this is a great honor in Oman and something of which we should be truly proud.”
Vision 2040
The “Oman 2040” national conference was one of the core initiatives and an important dialogue platform for the development of a future vision for the nation on the eastern tip of the Arab peninsula. More than 3,000 specialists and government representatives participated in the conference, which took place January 27 and 28, around 30% of them international visitors.
